There are no refunds on any coaching or programs offered by Teri Holland Co.

Commitment:

The Golden Circle is a minimum 3 month commitment. After 3 months, you may cancel anytime with 14 days notice. Cancelling will result in termination of access to the Golden Circle client portal and all assets within. 

Professional Standards:

1. Confidentiality. Group members need to be able to speak freely and openly about their business and confidentiality must be respected. As our meetings are online, this means that to participate in meetings, members need to be in a private environment. Our conversations are not for others ears. The exception is of course babies, children and pets.
2. Be on time. Our meetings begin at 8am PDT. It is understandable that members may be running late from time to time due to various reasons. Please let us know in the group chat if you are going to be late as a courtesy. If you need to be late each week, please just let me know so that we know to expect it. 
3. Accept feedback openly. The way to get the most out of any mastermind, is to be succinct in explaining the problem or area you need support on, and then listening to the feedback provided without interrupting. There will always be opportunity for clarifying questions once the member giving feedback is finished speaking. 
4. Use the hand raise button or physically raise your hand to offer feedback to avoid talking over one another. 
5. All members must be active in growing a business. This is defined as 3 years in the business, and it cannot be an MLM business. 
6. Failure to uphold these standards or to respect group members and leaders may result in termination from the Golden Circle Mastermind and any unused paid time will be forfeited.
